Stacy Gray and Tom Mathis will discuss how Unum is driving an innovation mindset across the organization while focusing a small core team on key R&D opportunities. Having partnered on the definition and start-up of Unum’s Innovation Center beginning in January 2010, Stacy and Tom will share practical insights to the challenges and opportunities encountered by innovation champions in a corporate setting.
