Mission
The Chattanooga Technology Council Inc., a nonprofit organization, promotes the growth of technology in business and education throughout the greater Chattanooga area. Membership is open to individuals, companies, nonprofit organizations and educational facilities.
Goals
- Promote the growth of technology-based businesses in the greater Chattanooga area.
- Provide a forum for business, academic, governmental and nonprofit leaders to come together.
- Educate Tech Council members, business leaders and residents from the Chattanooga area on the benefits of existing and developing technologies.
- Promote economic development among Chattanooga-based businesses in technological fields.
- Promote educational programs for students in the Chattanooga area.
- Actively promote growth, and serve as a voice for the industry, to the public through the media and governmental entities.
- Provide a forum for businesses to share their experiences and information among professionals in technological fields.
- Promote Chattanooga as a destination for technology-based businesses, enterprises and entrepreneurs to locate, grow and prosper.
